CABBAGE SALAD

   

Ingredients:

1 head cabbage, shredded

1 green pepper, seeded and sliced

3 red pepper, seeded and sliced

5 large carrots, peeled and shredded

 

Marinade Ingredients:

3/4 cup cups vinegar

cup olive oil

cup granulated sugar

2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper

 

Preparation:

In a large bowl, toss shredded cabbage, green peppers, red peppers and carrots.

 

Marinade Preparation:

Mix all marinade ingredients and boil it for 1 min. Let is stay until room temperature.

Pour over cabbage salad. Toss to coat well.

 

Refrigerate at least 1 hour or as long as overnight.
