BBQ RIBS

This is not a recipe, but rather a nice technique.
You can prepare any types of ribs using this approach; the only difference is roasting time. For this recipe I use pork ribs.

Ok, let's start.
You will need the following:
Pork Ribs
10-12 carrots
Seasoning of your choice (I like Cajun Seasoning)
Salt
Barbeque sauce of your choice (I like Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy)

Place carrots on the bottom of the baking tray.
Season ribs with salt and seasoning of your choice.
Place ribs on the top of the carrots and cover with foil.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and roast it for 2 hours.
After the ribs are done cooking, remove the aluminum foil and brush it with Barbeque Sauce of your choice and cook for another 5 minutes in oven or you can finish it off on barbeque grill.
